headspace Southport supports young people in the community aged 12-25 to access free & confidential support for their mental health . The centre runs a range of group activities for young people that aim to help build their connections, skills, self-esteem & sense of belonging in community. An example of a project headspace Southport is hoping to raise funds for is creative & outdoor therapy groups that will have a direct impact on young people and their recovery journeys.
