At Lifeline Loddon Mallee we focus primarily on crisis support services, education, and training so that we can make a powerful impact within our community and ultimately ensure that no one in our region has to feel hopeless or alone. Lifeline Loddon Mallee services both the Loddon & Mallee catchment areas, providing access to the national hotline from the call centre based in Bendigo and phone hub in Mildura. Each of our volunteers has around 30 frequent contacts (family, friends, work colleagues) and then a further 30 regular contacts ( mums at school, neighbours, sporting clubs) who will receive the benefit of their skills in the community. That's 1200 additional community members who will benefit from the training we provide.
