2021 saw continued increases in demand for Lifeline's services, with their centre in the Northern Beaches' of Sydney, significantly impacted. Their clinical counselling service has had monthly increases of more than 150%, with group therapy options expanded plus staff training numbers increased. Fortunately, the suicide rate for this local area had seen a decrease.
