The Push-Up Challenge is a unique and fun way to encourage better mental health and wellbeing through physical activity, connection and mental health education.


This year, Australians will take on 3,214 push-ups from 4 to 26 June to improve their physical and mental fitness, have fun and raise funds to make a difference to mental health in Australia.
