This June, the Caringa Community are taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Caringa Australia was created by the community, for you. We support the experience and enjoyment of ‘A Complete Life’ with choice and independence, delivering services and support across the Clarence Valley and Coffs Coast areas. We are a community-focused organisation and Caringa has chosen our beneficiaries to be HEADSPACE Grafton and Coffs Harbour NSW.
In the spirit of inclusion, we have some team members walking, running and pushing each other to PUSH UP across the period of the Team Challenge!!
