Challenging the Mental Health Epidemic One Pushup at a Timer
I have lost two close friends to suicide, and few of our lives remain untouched by the mental health crisis our communities are facing.
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing an average of 135 pushups a day between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
