About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
For us this is about participation and doing something as a team so we're looking as many people as possible to do even a little. Every push up you do is one we can't do without you!
If push ups aren't your thing you can do sit ups, squats, lunges, chin ups (don't though, that's a bit nuts)... anything that symbolises getting yourself back up again when you've been down.
Even if you think you can't do the whole challenge, set yourself a personal challenge. Maybe it's 5 a day? Whatever is an appropriate challenge for you.

Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
