This June, JSR Staff will be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, completing a series of push-ups from June 4-26, 2025, to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Every dollar helps support the #pushforbetter mental health outcomes across Australia.
All funds go towards Lifeline WA to support those in crisis.

Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress—impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services—including phone, text, and chat—ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2025, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
