About Our Challenge
This June we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024.
This provides the opportunity to work off some of those wonderful cakes we get to enjoy courtesy of our amazing resident cake maker Kylie.
More importantly though, we're doing this to raise awareness of (and encourage people to talk about) mental health issues.
The main aim is participation, but we're also showcasing local youth mental health foundation - Headspace Armidale. Feel free to make a donation to them or any other worthy recipient.
Supporting headspace Armidale
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
