In June, the Nossal High School is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide and raise awareness of mental health. You can participate by joining your tutorial team or supporting someone who is taking part through making a donation. Help us push for better mental health!
In 2023, we hit just over an astonishing 59,000 push-ups, but this year we can do even better. Let's aim for a total of 75,000 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
We also raised over $1,400 last year but let's go even bigger in 2024. We're aiming to raise $2000 for the Push for Better Foundation, a mental health support service.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
