About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
There are many ways to get through life and for those who need help their journeys vary, and so will ours throughout the challenge. Some will do full push ups, some will against the wall, it does not matter, what matters are those who need support to get through their day/s. And as we have the means, we are doing some heavy lifting so they don't have to.
For the Push Ups Your Way team, I have come up with a plan to give you options such as sit ups, steps, squats or even kilometers allowing you to find different ways to get through the challenge.

Supporting headspace Bankstown
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
