Hey SPH, have you heard Ab-out the Push-Up Challenge? Well, get ready to level-up your 2024 exPECtations! Join us as we work out those pectoral muscles and show the rest of UQ there’s nothing tougher than our SPH (Strong, Powerful, Hardcore) Team!
The Push-Up Challenge is an opportunity for us to come together as a community to raise support and awareness about mental health in Australia. Proceeds from the challenge support Lifeline Australia, which provides 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services. This challenge is an awesome way for us to join together to further a great cause.

Supporting Lifeline Queensland
Lifeline Australia is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
