We're calling on students, staff, alumni, community members and friends of VU to create or join a team and become part of the Victoria University community as we Push for Better Mental Health.
We invite everyone – University sport reps, social sport players, fitness-centre members, and elite-level athletes – to get on board! If you haven't been part of our programs before, we still want you; this is open to all and free.
For VU staff, this is a great opportunity to connect with your colleagues as a department, college or cross-functional unit.
Students, try encouraging your classmates join up. Take charge and create your own team amongst your cohort or peers and have fun, keep fit and stay connected.

Lifeline Western Melbourne is your local Lifeline Centre, which proudly delivers services in the Western Melbourne community, as well as nationally via Lifeline’s 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line. We work With Community, In Community and For Community, helping to make support accessible to all Australians so no one has to face their darkest moment alone. We are guided by our vision of ‘an Australia free of suicide’ and with the help of our community we reach over a million people a year who contact Lifeline in need of support at a time and place when they need it the most. Together we save lives.
