This June, ABC Perth is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups to raise funds and awareness for mental health and Lifeline WA.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.

Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA provides Western Australians experiencing a crisis or thinking about suicide with access to 24-hour support and suicide prevention services.
Our 13 11 14 service is a nationally-routed crisis support number, available every day of the year, across Australia. It is available to anyone - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. Text support is available on 0477 13 11 14 and online chat at lifeline.org.au/crisis-chat/
Last year, 116,444 Western Australians reached out to Lifeline WA for help. Many were after advice for friends and family. Others were reaching out for someone to listen to their concerns.

Hey Tom , you’re a great presenter and I hear where you been, I have bipolar for most of my life and after losing 4 family members in 3 years. And it was a hell of a journey..then being made redundant from the job I loved …I came home couldn’t deal with it without any thought tired to overdose..didnt work so was like a reset button I realised I can and will be ok. I have too much in my life just had to change thoughts…good luck with it all you do you are strong and worth just focus on those you love.
