About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. 

In doing so, I’m taking a stand against unreasonable, abusive behaviour inflicted on hospitality and customer service personnel (like our wonderful team) and the impact this has on their mental health.

The number one reason for loss of wonderful humans from the Luxico team is due to stress caused by unreasonable aggressive behaviour directed at them  when things, at no fault of their own, go wrong - it’s time for this to stop.

I hope to remind people that kindness and compassion get the best outcomes and that aggressive, bullying behaviour not only works against you but also has a compounding impact on the mental health of the people in your firing line.
