The Parents of East Freo will be joining in the push for better mental health for the 3rd year running.
We will be completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Lifeline WA provides Western Australians experiencing a crisis or thinking about suicide with access to 24-hour support and suicide prevention services.
Our 13 11 14 service is a nationally-routed crisis support number, available every day of the year, across Australia. It is available to anyone - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. Text support is available on 0477 13 11 14 and online chat at lifeline.org.au/crisis-chat/
Last year, 116,444 Western Australians reached out to Lifeline WA for help. Many were after advice for friends and family. Others were reaching out for someone to listen to their concerns.
