Why it matters and i am doing this
This one is super important to me with both my Newphew Luke and one of my best mates taking there lives in recent years :(
They say 1 in 6 people suffer mental health issues daily but i strongly believe this number is much higher as i personally know over 30 people who fight this battle daily.
lets talk, support eachother and take away the stigma so mental health can be referred to know differently then any other medical condition :)
I will happily do 3249 pushups in 24 days in the hope that my little contribution will make a difference to someone :)

Supporting Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney
Lifeline Australia is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
