I'm completing 3,214 "push-ups" in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. Mental Health is a long-term ongoing battle for me and one I understand the struggles of well. I would love to raise some funds for our local lifeline which provide a support service to those in need. You never know when that phone support could save a life. I would also like to just raise awareness of mental health, its struggles, how you can reach out/support someone in need and hopefully remove the stigma attached to having mental health issues. Sometimes its just know how to go about asking someone if they are ok.
