About Our Challenge
TEAM AWESOMENESS 2024 (T&C) are completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
WHY??? So many reasons 
One of our team lost a dear friend to suicide in 2020 - Matthew .M.
TEAM AWESOMENESS has weathered the storms of mental health too and witnessed countless friends, family and colleagues battle monsters of mental torment that are like ghosts that nobody sees.
Bringing awareness to an issue that so many hide away in the shadows with is how we can move from survive to thrive with our tribe joining together in a community of compassion and acceptance.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
