About My Challenge

This month is men’s mental health awareness month, most people don’t know that. The most likely thing to end a man’s life between 18 to 45 is himself. While suicide affects so many types of people, it’s clearly an even more pronounced issue for men. Sadly, there aren’t many people who don’t either know someone personally or indirectly who have suffered from mental health issues or taken their own life. I’ve seen this challenge done by other people over the years and always wanted to. If you’re in the same boat, don’t think, just do it.

I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia..

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
