Bundaberg State High School - Pushing for better mental health!
This June Bundaberg SHS will be taking on The Push-Up Challenge!!! This means we will be working on completing a heap of push-ups between 5th-28th of June 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Mental health is something that affects everyone, especially school students. Together we can start the conversations to more mental health awareness and together push for better mental health in our school and widder community.
But don't let the physical side of the challenge deter you, there are full and half challenge options to suit everyone's abilities and if push ups aren't your thing well don't worry! There are lots of alternative exercises like sit ups, squats and star jumps that you can also complete if push ups aren't your thing, or even better do a combination of them all!

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
