i'm so so psyched to be back doing the push up challenge this year ⚠️⚠️‼️‼️‼️
if y'all don't know, the push up challenge is an organisation that promotes mental health awareness and suicide prevention by supporting charities like lifeline and headspace. i know and love many people struggling with these issues and it just makes me want to help this cause even more <3
