Girls i believe this is a very important cause. I know all of you are capable to push for better and to do the squats, lunges or whatever you please. Mental health is something that is not very often talked about outside of school, this could lead to making a small issue larger. This organisation has made this challenge for us to complete to recognise all the people who lost their lifes due to suicide and mental health issues. So we are pushing to create a future where we recognise mental health asa good thing and embrace it and not be scared to talk about it.

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
