This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Supporting Lifeline Ballarat VIC
Lifeline Ballarat serves its local community, offering crisis support, suicide prevention and training opportunities. From training and supporting members of the public to become Crisis Supporters on the Lifeline crisis line; to fostering community connections through support groups and workshops, we offer knowledge, skills and hope to all affected by mental health issues. Our centre facilitates education and awareness campaigns, equipping individuals with the tools and knowledge to navigate life's challenges effectively, to recognise and respond when others need help. Together, we strive to create an environment where everyone can find help to be safe and supported.
