About Our Challenge
In June, some parents from East Freo Primary are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge.
Each push up represents a life lost to suicide in 2022.
You can create a team in this Community, join a team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA provides Western Australians experiencing a crisis or thinking about suicide with access to 24-hour support and suicide prevention services.
Our 13 11 14 service is a nationally-routed crisis support number, available every day of the year, across Australia. It is available to anyone - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. Text support is available on 0477 13 11 14 and online chat at lifeline.org.au/crisis-chat/
Last year, 116,444 Western Australians reached out to Lifeline WA for help. Many were after advice for friends and family. Others were reaching out for someone to listen to their concerns.
