Support those who support mental health
I've had some mental health challenges in my journey, and being in a much better space now due to an amazing array of support networks, I can say funds raised for these organisations is very worthwhile.
And what better way to beat the winter blues (May and June have historically been my worst times of year), than to get some endorphins going by doing a few push-ups!
I will be substituting a few push ups with sits ups, squats etc so I don’t get shoulders like Chris Hemsworth. Unfortunately I don't have any tractor tyres to go for his full body look.....
So - I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
