About Our Challenge
Hello. We are members of the Geraldton Suicide Prevention Action Group (GSPAG). This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health and suicide prevention.
The funds that we raise will go to support our friends at headspace Geraldton, who do a great job in our community - and many of us are connected with in some way. You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.

Supporting headspace Geraldton
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
