About headspace Elsternwick Community
This June, our headspace Elsternwick Community is jumping into The Push-Up Challenge!
We're rallying our amazing staff, volunteers, and young people to shine a light on the lives lost to suicide in 2022 and spread awareness about mental health.
Want to join the challenge? You can form a team with us, hop onto an existing one, or support someone who's already doing the good work!
Supporting headspace Elsternwick
headspace Elsternwick helps young people (12-25) and parents/families who need support with mental health. We also have support for drug & alcohol, work and study issues. An example of the projects this money will support is the ongoing capacity of our food pantry that was started in 2023 which provides basic food essentials (pasta, cereal, rice, sauces, tinned foods) to yp who are financially struggling.
