About Our Challenge
Hi! We're the staff at headspace Tuggeranong! headspace is a youth support service for people aged 12 to 25. At headspace Tuggeranong, we offer free mental health support, work and study support, GP appointments, and alcohol and drug support. We also have the GPH Integrated Team Care on site offering free support for First Nations people of any age living with chronic illness.

This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for youth mental health.

Supporting headspace Tuggeranong
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
