Pushing For Inclusion
Join Inclusion With Push-Ups to help raise awareness of mental health in individuals who are neurodivergent. Push for a safer, more inclusive future where we can learn to unmask.
Mental health challenges are deeply intertwined with neurodivergence:
- Autistic individuals are around 4 times more likely to experience depression than non-autistic people.
- 66% of late-diagnosed autistic adults report experiencing suicidal thoughts.
- Up to 50% of people with ADHD also experience anxiety disorders.
Many of us grew up not knowing why everything felt harder, why masking felt necessary, or why happiness only showed up in certain spaces. We’re pushing for change—for understanding, early support, and safe places where unmasking is not just possible, but celebrated.
Push with us. For representation. For inclusion. For neuro-affirming mental health support.
Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
