About Our Challenge
In June, Inglewood Primary School staff are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. Working in three teams of 10, each team is aiming to complete 3,249 push-ups. It is a modified goal, our aim is to get participation not injuries. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2022 and raise awareness of mental health. You can support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA provides Western Australians experiencing a crisis or thinking about suicide with access to 24-hour support and suicide prevention services.
Our 13 11 14 service is a nationally-routed crisis support number, available every day of the year, across Australia. It is available to anyone - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. Text support is available on 0477 13 11 14 and online chat at lifeline.org.au/crisis-chat/
Last year, 116,444 Western Australians reached out to Lifeline WA for help. Many were after advice for friends and family. Others were reaching out for someone to listen to their concerns.
