As the need for accessable mental health care for the vulnerable increases, the access to these services keeps getting harder to find.

I'm pushing up 3249 times in 24 days (130+/d) to represent the 3249 people who took their own lives in the last recorded year.

Still available for a June tax saving... Your donation will go towards Headspace. This organisation provides an amazing free service, delivering care to young people desperately in need. Donations will go a long way to help then provide more care to the increasing number of people seeking treatment.

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
