About My Challenge

Having never competed in this type of challenge before so i'm excited about what i will achieve.

I aim to get to the target of 1625 but for me anything i achieve is going to be exciting as presently i can maybe string together 5 push ups.

I strongly support channels and advocators for mental health. This is a new frontier in health and one that i think everyone recognises needs more funding and action.

Oh and it would be nice to have some stronger arms for my wedding this year....!
