About My Challenge

I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. That is equivalent to about 135 push-ups per day.

Talking about your mental health or illness is something that you may find difficult. I want this challenge to allow people to feel like they can talk about their mental health and struggles in their life.

As my brother dedicates his time, energy and passion working for Griffith Headspace - providing support to local teenagers from Griffith; I have chosen to support him and my hometown Headspace.

If you would like to donate, you can click on my page

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting headspace Griffith

The headspace Griffith office is newly refurbished and offers a fun, bright and safe space that aims to deliver improvements in mental health, social wellbeing and economic participation for all young Australian aged 12 -25. By raising funds headspace Griffith will be able to develop programs to engage more young people to access the centre, connect and learn more about mental their wellbeing.
