I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days as part of the Private Brands & TRu Brands Team to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. This number symbolises the 3,249 Australians lost to suicide in 2022. 🤍
Last year, I completed 3,144 push-ups in 23 days, and by Day 17, after 2,200+ push-ups, I could do a full push-up! This year, I’m aiming to do more full push-ups for each day.
