This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

Our volunteers support individuals facing emotional turmoil or contemplating suicide. Through innovative programs and partnerships, we strive to destigmatise mental illness and promote emotional well-being. Join us in our mission to save lives, provide solace, and empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with courage and dignity. Doing all the good we can, because every life matters.
