In 2022 my partner Vicki lost her life to suicide.
This challenge seeks to complete 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. 3,249 is the number of suicides reported in 2022. So this year, one of these pushups is for Vicki. One of these pushups was almost for me.
Along this challenge I'll be reflecting on the daily statistics, and how they have connected to my own mental health journey. You're welcome to follow along on Insta (@auregnas) or Facebook.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
