I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. Especially for my family, friends, school brothers, teammates, and men who feel like they are unable to talk about their mental health due to societal stereotypes and to raise awareness for a serious issue in today's society. #notweaktospeak
