Lifeline Canberra Staff and Volunteers

Raised

$7,034

Why are we doing this?

In 2022, 3,249 people lost their lives to suicide here in Australia. This June, we're pushing for better.

We're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our community to be a part of the fun.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia.

Supporting Lifeline Canberra ACT

Lifeline Canberra exists to support people in crisis and save the lives of those experiencing thoughts of suicide. For over 50 years, Lifeline Canberra has provided Telephone Crisis Support (13 11 14) to the people of Canberra and the surrounding regions. This service is possible due to the dedication of 300 trained Telephone Crisis Support (TCS) local volunteers who fill shifts to ensure that the phones will be answered; 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
