I'm completing 10,000 push-ups in memory of my late brother (dec 2002, suicide) and 3249 in for those who suicided in 2022 to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
This cause is close to my heart. My late brother, Matthew, was challenged with depression and chose to end his life in 2002, leaving behind a hollow in the hearts of all who knew him.
May this challenge bring the discussion to the forefrunt, remind us all the importance of that and check-ins, and raise funds for Lifeline, who I myself have also reached out to in the past.

Our partnership with The Push Up Challenge has played a vital role in raising funds to support the delivery of suicide prevention and crisis support services at a time where we have never been needed more.
