About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for Lifeline WA.
This challenge has been deeply meaningful for me. I lost my mum to suicide last April. This Wednesday would have marked her 68th birthday, a day celebrated together with Mum, my four siblings, her four grandchildren and another on the way.
Each push-up represents a single life lost, including hers. But preventing these losses means sparing the enduring heartache felt by those left behind.
If raising awareness and funds through this initiative helps prevent even one person from taking their own life, it makes every push worthwhile.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
