About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health. Join your Swan Valley Pastoral team PUSH themselves to their limit and remind everyone that everyone's mental health is important.

Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA provides Western Australians experiencing a crisis or thinking about suicide with access to 24-hour support and suicide prevention services.
Our 13 11 14 service is a nationally-routed crisis support number, available every day of the year, across Australia. It is available to anyone - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation. Text support is available on 0477 13 11 14 and online chat at lifeline.org.au/crisis-chat/
Last year, 116,444 Western Australians reached out to Lifeline WA for help. Many were after advice for friends and family. Others were reaching out for someone to listen to their concerns.
