About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia for my second year.
But this year, I’m doing the challenge for my second year and for Daniel ‘Dan’ Sykes, who passed away last year 16 December 2023 - 57 Old, gone way too soon 🙏.
Dan’s passing punched me in the gut so hard, taking me to a dark place, almost taking my own life.
