I'm completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia 3,249 are the number of people who died by suicide in Australia in 2022.
We don't have to look far to find someone facing mental health challenges (it could simply be looking in the mirror). The issues can be complex and deep, and as a community we must support each other. To reach out. To listen. To care. This is my small contribution to raising awareness about a massive challenge facing our society.
