Love A Challenge, Love A Purpose!

Week three and I'm back to 50% - my back not up to the challenge but my mind is!!

I'm hoping to raise awareness for mental health in Australia and also at home, and to raise awareness on male suicide. Approximately 75% of lives lost to suicide each year are male. Our most at risk group being 18-24!

You can show your support in several ways, the most important way is to keep up those conversations with the men in your lives. Whether it's our husbands, sons, friends of sons, brothers, Dads or just our friends - keep them talking.
