Des and Alex want to do some pushups.
Based off the foundation that we can’t keep a regular fitness schedule and need an excuse to keep each other accountable, we figured “why not raise a little bit of coin along the way”. Because we are so lazy, this challenge couldn’t have come at a better time, to do a handful of pushups for a great cause, spread some awareness and get a little shredded at the minimum.
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 5-28 June, 2024 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
