Team headspace Syndal will be completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds our centre.
At headspace Syndal we support young people aged 12-25 in our community. Young people can access mental health support, work and study services and a youth friendly GP at our centre.
Donations made to headspace Syndal will help us reach and support even more young people in our area who are struggling with the cost-of-living-pressures.
