A warm hello
Dear open-hearted person reading this right now,
My name is Serena Mei, thank you for stopping by.
This June marks my sixth year in The Push-Up Challenge, and my fourth year as Team Captain for:
Hope Floats. Be Here Tomorrow.
Hope Floats' mission is to raise awareness around suicide risk and to increase mental health understanding through connection and physical activity (it is bl@rdy fun, too).
This year, my goal is to raise $ 10,000 for Lifeline Western Sydney and Macarthur.
If you could use more fun, health, and connection in your life, I warmly invite you to donate and-or-join the team.
Help me raise $ 10,000 for my local Lifeline.
All are welcome. Please join our push for better mental health.
Sincerely, and with care,
Serena - Team Captain
Hope Floats. Be Here Tomorrow.
Dedicated to: Kim Truong and Paul Vincent O’Callaghan
Supporting Lifeline Macarthur and Western Sydney

Lifeline Macarthur and Wester Sydney is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
