About My Challenge

Mental health has personally affected myself, my family and friends and is an illness that many people suffer from and too often do not speak up about. I lost my brother and one of my best mates and do have regret that I could have done more to help.

This challenge caught my eye as I believe physical health is one of the important steps in helping with mental health. I’ll be completing 3,249 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.

Supporting Lifeline Bondi NSW

Lifeline Bondi is your local Lifeline Centre, which proudly delivers services in the Bondi and Eastern Suburbs community, as well as nationally via Lifeline’s 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line. We work With Community, In Community and For Community, helping to make support accessible to all Australians so no one has to face their darkest moment alone. We are guided by our vision of ‘an Australia free of suicide’ and with the help of our community we reach over a million people a year who contact Lifeline in need of support at a time and place when they need it the most. Together we save lives.
