About Our Challenge
In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2022 and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a team in this Community, join a team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.

Lifeline Sydney & Sutherland provides vital mental health support to the community through compassionate crisis intervention services. With a team of dedicated volunteers and professionals, Lifeline offers a lifeline to those in distress, fostering resilience and hope. Our volunteers support individuals facing emotional turmoil or contemplating suicide. Through innovative programs and partnerships, we strive to destigmatise mental illness and promote emotional well-being. Join us in our mission to save lives, provide solace, and empower individuals to navigate life's challenges with courage and dignity. Doing all the good we can, because every life matters.
